Mr. Grimaldi has been a resident of Mt. Pleasant for nearly 35 years and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1970.    He holds a Master’s Degree in Planning and was a long-term member of the Mt. Pleasant Zoning Board of Appeal, which was responsible for writing many of the zoning codes still used in Mt. Pleasant today.  Mr. Grimaldi is also a qualified home inspector.

Mr. Vitulli is a life-long resident of Westchester & Putnam Counties, growing up in New Rochelle .  After a long, full career in law enforcement, he has returned his attention to Real Estate.
